Someone who cannot use a thing is not a person to feel sorry for. They are a person standing at a door that was built wrong, and the door belongs to whoever built it.
What this site supports
Every page can be read and navigated with a keyboard alone. Text contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA throughout, and most body text exceeds it. Meaning is never carried by colour alone. Text resizes to 200 percent without breaking, and reflows at 400 percent.
Without JavaScript
All reading content on this site works with JavaScript switched off. Search and the menus need it. The words do not.
Motion
If your device is set to reduce motion, every transition and every drifting background stops. Nothing is lost when they do, because nothing here uses movement to carry meaning.
On a slow connection, or an old phone
Pages are built to load in full well under half a megabyte. There is no video, no tracking script, and nothing that stops the text arriving first.
What is not here yet
This site is written in English only for now. Other languages are being written by people who think in them, rather than translated. Until they arrive, a reader in their second or third language is not being served as well as they should be, and we would rather name that than let it pass.
