What this site is
empathy.in is an introduction to Empathy: what it is for, how it is built, and what it holds itself to. It is written to be read, and then left.
What you may do
Read it, quote it, share it, and disagree with it in public. If you quote us, quote us accurately and say where it came from. That is the whole request.
What belongs to whom
The Empathy name, the mark and the written material on this site belong to Empathy. The ideas underneath them mostly do not. Much of what is described here was found rather than invented, and we carry it rather than own it.
Accuracy
We try to be exactly right, and we will sometimes be wrong. If something here is wrong, tell us and it gets changed. A claim nobody can argue with is not a claim worth trusting.
Changes
This site will change. When something material changes, it will be visible rather than quiet.
